1. Check-in & Check-out Timings

1. Standard Check-in and Check-out times are managed as per the allotment schedule approved by university authorities.
2. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and prior written approval from the Guest House Management.
3. Guests must clear all pending dues and return room keys to the front desk at the time of check-out.

2. Identity Proof & Verification

1. All guests must produce valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in.
2. Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa documents as required by regulatory guidelines.

3. Conduct & Campus Discipline

1. Strict Ban: Alcohol consumption, smoking, substance abuse, and possession of illegal items are strictly prohibited inside the Guest House and campus premises.
2. Guests are required to maintain peace and decorum. Loud music, noise, or activities causing disturbance to other residents will not be tolerated.
3. Unregistered visitors or non-resident guests are not permitted to stay in guest rooms overnight.

4. Property & Environmental Care

1. Guests are expected to treat Guest House furniture, electronics, and amenities with care. Any damage or breakage will be charged directly to the guest.
2. Please ensure lights, air conditioners, and water taps are turned off when leaving the room to conserve energy and resources.
